Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every booking made on this website, by phone or at the venue. By booking you agree to them, along with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

• Bookings can be made up to 14 days ahead. Each booking is for one sport, one court and the time shown.
• When you go to pay, we hold your slot for 5 minutes. If payment isn't completed in that time, the slot is released for others.
• A booking is confirmed only when you see the confirmation page with your booking reference.
• Please give a correct name and mobile number. We use them to contact you about your booking.

• Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and depend on the sport, the length of the booking and the time of day. The price you see before paying is the price you pay.
• Online payments are processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your card, bank or wallet PIN.
• We may change prices at any time. Confirmed bookings keep the price they were booked at.

• Arrive about 10 minutes early and show your booking reference at the front desk.
• Your slot starts and ends at the booked time, even if you arrive late, so the next group isn't kept waiting.
• Please leave the court promptly when your slot ends.

• Wear suitable footwear: turf shoes or flat trainers on the football turf (no metal studs), non-marking indoor shoes on the badminton courts.
• Smoking, alcohol, drugs and glass bottles are not allowed anywhere in the complex.
• Treat staff and other players with respect. Fighting, abuse or unsafe play may end your session without a refund.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.

• Sport carries a risk of injury. You play at your own risk and should only play if you are fit to do so.
• We keep a first-aid kit on site. Tell a member of staff straight away if anyone is hurt.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you.

You are responsible for damage caused on purpose or through careless use by you or your group, including nets, lights and the turf surface. We may charge the cost of repair.

We may refuse or cancel a booking that breaks these terms, or close a court for safety, maintenance or events outside our control. If we cancel, our Refund Policy applies.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Bookings follow the terms in place when they were made. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
