Privacy Policy

What we collect when you book, why, and how we keep it safe.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

What We Collect

When you book, we collect:

  • your name and mobile number,
  • your email address and notes, if you give them,
  • the sport, date, time and price of your booking,
  • the payment result and transaction reference from our payment partner,
  • your IP address, which our payment partner requires to help prevent fraud.

We never receive your card number, bank details or bKash, Nagad or Rocket PIN. You enter those on our payment partner's secure page.

How We Use It

  • To confirm and manage your booking.
  • To take payment and process refunds.
  • To contact you about your booking, for example if a court has to close.
  • To keep records required by law and for our accounts.

Who We Share It With

We never sell your information. We only share it with:

  • our payment partner (EPS), to process your payment and refunds,
  • authorities, where the law requires us to.

Cookies

The public website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Our staff panel uses a single cookie to keep staff signed in.

How Long We Keep It

We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them for our accounts and legal obligations, then delete them.

Keeping It Safe

Your information is sent over an encrypted connection and stored on secure servers. Only authorised ORSC staff can see bookings, and each has their own login.

Your Choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us with the number you booked with. We may need to keep payment records the law requires us to keep.

Children

Bookings should be made by an adult. If a child has given us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.

Changes to This Policy
